EX-WAREHOUSE
All shipments of products for customers, and any freight and shipping costs related thereto, will be the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, all costs relating to the shipments of products, including but not limited to custom duties and taxes, are absolute liable by the customers. All shipments will be made Ex-Warehouse (EXW) of JAYAMART’s facility. All risk of loss of the products shall pass to the customers upon shipment of the products in accordance with the invoice. Customers hereby grant to JAYAMART a security interest in the products, until the customers have paid JAYAMART in full for the products. Products will be released to the forwarders upon full payment to JAYAMART.

Additional delivery charges are applicable on "Special arrangement order", i.e. hardware & cabinet, etc.

Restricted Locations
Regret to inform that we are unable to deliver orders to any restricted locations in Malaysia, i.e. KLIA & KLIA2.
Delivery to Free Trade Zone only applicable to existing customers.

Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name, business name and contact numbers are accurate and complete so that our delivery to you can be made timely.
Please be informed that delivery schedule will vary depending on your delivery address and the availability of the products ordered, hence, please allow extra time for deliveries to the outside area of Kuala Lumpur & Petaling Jaya.
Please be informed that we reserve the right to impose extra delivery charges for any re-sending of products/parcels after the first delivery attempts.
